For BC Hydro’s Team PowerSmart campaign, we imagined a world where saving energy made you a total superstar. The TV ads featured a wild crew of power saving super fans—complete with face paint, foam fingers, and over-the-top enthusiasm—cheering people on for simple energy-saving moves like turning off lights or unplugging electronics. Think sports fan intensity but for unplugging a powerbar. It was goofy, fun, and made saving power feel like something worth celebrating, while driving home the idea that small actions can have a big impact.
