TELUS: Restyle Your Space
Our challenge was to promote TELUS’s latest TV product; the Optik TV Wireless Digital Box. This first to market product physically changes where people can watch their TV in their home. No other competitor had this capability and we were tasked to create a fully integrated campaign.

Research told us that, being able to easily set up your TV anywhere in the house has a perk beyond practicality – it also opens doors to designing your space in new ways.
We teamed up with interior design expert Debbie Travis to show how anyone can redesign their space using the Optik TV wireless digital box.
We collaborated with Travis to create an interactive experience using Google Hangouts where she discussed interior design with her fans all the while promoting the Optik TV wireless digital box.
The Hangout was promoted in three phases; call for entries, pre-event notices and the event itself. We used a mix of TELUS channels, sponsored Facebook posts and promoted Tweets as well as Debbie’s social channels to stir-up interest.
To speak to those interested in interior design and decorating, we created an rich media mobile ad where users could restyle a room by dragging and dropping a TV. Debbie would give audio tips the more you engaged.
